Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our apparel is made to order just for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, as each item is produced specifically for your order and we do not hold inventory.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at info@inknburn.live within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll review it and send a replacement or issue a refund. Please keep the item and its original packaging until we've resolved the issue.

REFUNDS
If a refund is issued for any reason, we will refund the amount to your original form of payment. Once the refund is initiated, you should receive the funds within 3-5 business days.

DISCOUNT CODES
If you have a discount code, it must be applied before you place your order. We are unable to apply a discount after the purchase has been made or refund it to your card. However, since you haven't used the code, you can use it on a future purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once placed. We work with partners that begin production as soon as your order comes in.
